ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & CONDITIONS: When you make your reservation, you will be requested to pay a 30% deposit for the house you have booked with us (in the event you make your reservation/booking within 30 days from your arrival you are due to pay 100% of the rental amount at once). When doing so this becomes a binding agreement which states the terms and conditions concerning this rental between you the Guest and Us. Your deposit payment constitutes your acceptance and agreement to these terms, conditions, limitations and restrictions as printed below. If you have any problems or questions with any of the following, please be sure to phone us for discussion and explanation before you make your reservation/booking.

PAYMENT POLICY: Thirty per cent (30%) of your rent (deposit) is due when making your reservation/booking.
The balance due for rent must be paid in full latest 30 days prior to your arrival by paying the balance (70%) with any of payments services indicated onto our website. In the event you make your reservation/booking within 30 days from your arrival you are due to pay 100% of the rental amount at once.
The cost of electrical consumtion is not included in the price and you will be charged €0.15 per Kw/h.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, 100 per cent of your total rent minus a administrative fee of €100 will be refunded to you. If you cancel between 60 and 30 days prior to your arrival date 30 per cent (the deposit) of your total rent will be retained by us. If you cancel later than 30 days of your arrival date, WE will retain 100 per cent of your total rent as full liquidated damages. All cancellations and any request for changes to your reservation (such as changes in the number of persons) must be made IN WRITING.

IDENTITY OF THE GUEST: We will ask you to send us a copy of a document wich matches your official identity and to confirm us the total number of persons who will stay in the house.

CAPACITY OF THE HOUSE: The total number of persons allowed to sleep in the HOUSE at any one time is restricted to the number of persons scheduled and paid for. Should a group misrepresent themselves, they will be required to pay €100 per excess person and night, or shall vacate the HOUSE immediately without refund.

GUARANTEE, DAMAGES & OUTSTANDING BILLS: We will ask you to pay a guarantee deposit of €1000 in cash on arrival. You as the Guest agree to take the responsibility to ensure that your family and other guests in your party adhere to the rules and regulations affecting the house. The house is fully furnished, including an ample supply of towels for Guest’s use. All normal utilities are included in your rental price. Locked pantries and closets are reserved for the use of staff and are not included in this rental. Rearranging the furniture or removing any items from the apartment is prohibited. You hereby agree to pay us for any breakage, damage, missing items, replacement costs for all damages to personal property or to the real estate, charges incurred before, during or after your stay which may occur as a result of your occupancy, excluding normal wear and tear.
An additional cleaning fee of € 400 will be charged to you for the house you left abnormally dirty.
Payment shall be made latest on the day of departure. In the event that you, the Guest, has failed to report and paid for such damage and/or outstanding bills, you hereby give your approval and consent us to charge the amount to you (the Guest’s).

CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT TIMES: The guests must vacate their apartment no later than 10.00, and check-in time is 16.00. Failure to check out of your apartment at 10.00 sharp may result in a € 250 penalty charged to Guest. Check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced at our House. If you would like a later check-out time, you are required to check with our office during your stay to see if another group is arriving the day you leave. If not, you might be able to stay on later into the afternoon at no charge, but you are required to get prior permission to stay later than the published check-out time.

COMPLAINTS AND MAINTENANCE: We shall make every effort to keep the HOUSE and their inventories in good working order. In case of a maintenance problem, we will strive to repair the problem as soon as possible after being notified. We reserve the right to be allowed several hours (up to 24 hours) to cure a reported problem. However, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforeseen mechanical failures such as the supply of electricity, internet service, water, pool filtration systems, hot tubs, air conditioning, television or cable service, appliances, etc. It is the Guest’s obligation to report any problems or damage to their apartment IMMEDIATELY to us.

ENTRY INTO THE HOUSE: staff and maids reserves the right to enter the property to perform their duties such as maid service and any repairs necessary. We will make every effort to schedule such brief showings at a time convenient to you, to respect your privacy, and not interrupt your stay.

DRUGS AND HAZARDOUS MATERIALS: Guest and members of his party shall not use or permit to be brought into the HOUSE any illegal substances, inflammable fluids (e.g., gasoline, kerosene, naphtha or benzene), or other explosives or articles deemed hazardous to life, limb or property.

HOUSE KEYS: We shall charge Guest € 30 for each set of lost or mishandled keys.

GUESTS & PARTIES: We grants the Guest the opportunity to invite friends and acquaintances to the House for dinners or cocktail gatherings. Guests shall be sufficiently quiet and peaceful, so as not to disturb other neigtbors of the building, particularly after 22.00 at night. Repeated disturbances will cause immediate eviction, and forfeiture of Guest’s entire rent.

LIABILITY: We acting hereunder as agent for accommodations, and assumes no liability for property loss or damages, nor liability for injury, accidents, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect in any vehicle or the acts of any company or persons engaged in conveying passengers to or from their House. Transportation (airlines, ferries, charter vessels, rental cars and taxis) is supplied by providers who operate independently of us. We assume no responsibility, therefore, for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property because of the acts of those providers. Furthermore, Guest is responsible for his apartment during occupancy, must lock apartment’s windows and doors securely at all times when not on the premises, and must exercise care in securing all personal property. The House is privately owned. The owner and we reserve the right to refuse service or rentals to anyone at their complete discretion.

GOVERNING LAW: In any dispute arising out of this rent agreement, the laws of France shall apply and the prevailing party shall recover its costs, expenses and attorneys’ fees.

This becomes a binding agreement when you make your rental deposit and constitutes your acceptance and agreement to these terms, conditions, limitations and restrictions as printed above.
